We share in our customer's responsibility and promise to provide expert consultation, state-of-the-art technology, top-notch installation, comprehensive training, EPA compliance assistance, and ongoing maintenance and support services.EngineeringThe Engineering Department specializes in the design and integration of electronic process control systems, and provides engineering services for industrial clients. Esys® personnel possess expertise in combustion related processes, oil production and water treatment processes, liquid and gas flow transfer systems, and emission monitoring systems. Engineering drawings are generated using AutoCAD computer-aided design stations. Esys® can also provide complete PLC programming services.Reliable Continuous Emissions Monitoring SystemsThe Federal Environmental Protection Agency, as well as state and local regulatory bodies, continue to place greater focus on reliable continuous emissions monitoring systems. Esys® capabilities and expertise lends itself to meeting your environmental needs using state-of-the-art technology in the chemical analysis of stack gas emissions.The most critical aspect of continuous emissions monitoring analysis is the reliability to obtain and test a true representative sample from the process stream. At Esys, Design and Engineering have extensively invested their resources in developing and perfecting technology to handle hot and wet, cold and dry, and dirty processes. The objective has been to design, engineer, and fabricate systems of the highest quality. The commitment extends to maintaining trained and skilled professional staff to assist with installation, maintenance, testing, calibration, and certification of gas analysis systems. ConstructionEsys® is a licensed C-4 and C-10 Contractor in the State of California. Among the many construction services provided, we additionally offer the building and/or fabricating of piping assemblies, equipment shelters, as well as the manufacturing of Esys® own Analyzer Probe Mounting Jacket, automatic test gas sequencers, electronic process control systems, and electronic test apparatus used to test and process simulate microprocessor-based controllers.The Construction and Service Departments specialize in the installation and service of the process control hardware provided by Esys. Panel Shop
Esys® provides a variety of custom designed control panels which are assembled at its Bakersfield, California, facility. The Construction and Service Departments can also provide control panel installation and start up service.
The panel shop and repair facility is located in our 22,000 square foot Bakersfield, California, office. Repairs that require a clean, temperature-controlled environment are performed in our climate-controlled panel shop. Repair and Calibration
Esys® has in-house repair capability. Repairs can be performed on most products sold by Esys. An abundant stock of spare parts is maintained at the Bakersfield facility for the convenience of customers. Tasks performed here include the evaluation, repair, and calibration of WC-3000 and Oxymitter 4000 probes and analyzers as well as Power Positioners and the cleaning and evaluation of Maxon gas shut-off valves. Parts are cleaned using sand blasting, ultrasonic cleaning baths, or wire wheels as needed. Following the cleaning process defective mechanical parts are identified and replaced prior to assembly.
Esys® The Energy Control Company offers professional repair and calibration services for a variety of process instrumentation components including the family of WC-3000 oxygen analyzers and the Hagan Power Positioners product line. These services are performed to the highest standards by qualified trained technicians. Repairs can often be completed in under a week. Incoming repairs are tracked using RMR numbers allowing computerized tracking of repairs from the time the components enter the facility. Repair logs are maintained which allow follow-up after the service is completed. Esys® offers calibration services for a variety of process instrumentation, test, and calibration equipment including pressure, temperature, and electronic devices. Parts from WC-3000 O2 probes and Power Positioners are cleaned in the Esys® Machine Shop area removing contamination and scaling. This is done using sand blasting, ultrasonic cleaning baths or wire wheels as needed. Following the cleaning process defective mechanical parts are identified and replaced prior to assembly. Metrology Lab
The Esys® Metrology Lab is conveniently located at the Bakersfield, California, facility. The metrology lab includes state-of-the-art and highly accurate (better than 0.015% of reading) deadweight testers. These testers are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Other equipment utilized in the lab includes pressure, temperature, and signal indicators/monitors, pressure generators, portable electronic calibrators, and electronic testing equipment.
A certificate of calibration will be provided for all equipment receiving the metrology/calibration service. The customer's equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected prior to calibration. Instrument repairs will be provided as needed and with the customer's approval. Some of the equipment that can be serviced in the Esys® Metrology Lab is listed below. Legacy ServicesWhile Esys® remains a competitive service provider to the Automated Control Industry by staying current with advances in technology and processes, it remains loyal to its clients and customers by maintaining support for many products that have become categorized as discontinued, off-market, or legacy.Esys® also provides software, hardware, and repair support for many of the products it supplies which have transitioned into legacy status by the manufacturers Esys® represents.
